Accessibility Statement
Last updated: May 16, 2026
Our Commitment
Genesis Therapeutics is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards.
As a mental health practice, we believe access to information about care should be available to everyone, including people using assistive technologies.
Conformance Status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Our current measures include:
- Semantic HTML with appropriate landmark roles
- Alt text on all meaningful images
- Keyboard-navigable interface throughout
- Color contrast ratios meeting or exceeding WCAG AA standards
- Focus indicators visible on all interactive elements
- Form labels associated with all form controls
- No content that flashes more than three times per second
- Skip-to-content link available at page top
Known Limitations
While we strive for full compliance, some areas may have limitations:
- Third-party booking widgets (Growtherapy, Headway) are outside our direct control. We encourage you to contact those providers directly regarding their accessibility features.
- Older blog posts may not yet have alt text on all embedded images, we are reviewing and updating these.
Assistive Technology Support
This site is designed to be compatible with:
- Screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack)
- Keyboard-only navigation
- Browser zoom up to 200% without horizontal scrolling
- High-contrast and forced-color modes
