Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly to us:

• Contact forms: name, email address, phone number, and your message.
• Newsletter sign-ups: email address and first name.
• Booking: appointment requests are handled by Growtherapy and Headway, their privacy policies apply.

We also collect limited technical information automatically:

• Analytics: page views, referrer, browser type, device type, and session duration. We do not use Google Analytics. IP addresses are hashed daily using SHA-256 and a rotating salt, the original IP is never stored.
• Cookies: we use only a session cookie for administrative authentication. No tracking cookies.

• Respond to your contact requests and inquiries.
• Send newsletters and mental health educational content (with your explicit consent).
• Improve our website and understand how visitors use it.
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months, then deleted. Newsletter subscribers remain in our system until they unsubscribe, at which point their status is marked as unsubscribed. You may request complete deletion at any time by emailing us.

We use the following services that may process your data:

• Supabase, database hosting (US region, SOC 2 Type II).
• Vercel, website hosting (edge network).
• Resend, transactional email delivery.
• Growtherapy / Headway, appointment scheduling (separate privacy policies apply).

We do not use Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, or any behavioral advertising trackers.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your information.
• Withdraw consent for newsletter communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email.

Our website is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.
